Casablanca Couscous

- 1 cup couscous cooked shopping list
- 1 cup sliced carrots shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds tofu cubed shopping list
- 1 can chickpeas shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons curry powder shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups wine shopping list
How to make it
- In large pan brown tofu, onion, carrots, celery and mushrooms in wine then add remaining ingredients except couscous and bring to boil.
- Cover and simmer 40 minutes then pour over couscous.
