How to make it

  • Cut avocado lenghtwise in half.
  • Insert a sharp knife directly into see and twist to lift out.
  • Peel avocado haves.
  • Puree avocado with lemon juice, using electric blender or mixer.
  • Whip with butter and onion salt until well blended.
  • Season to taste with salt.
  • Makes 1 pound, about 2 cups.
