Sweet Potato Balls

- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 6marshmallows shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sweet potatoes until soft.
- Mash fine.
- Season with salt, sugar and melted butter.
- Shape potato mixture around a marshmallw.
- Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Dip balls into slighly beaten egg whites.
- Roll in corn flake crumbs.
- Put in flat buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 400 egree for 20 minutes or until goden brown.

- For Hawaiian style, add a little pineapple on each ball.
