Best Blueberry Pineapple Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages grape Jello

2 cups boiling water

1 can Blueberry Pie Filling

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

TOPPING

1/2 cup sour cream

8 ounces chream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Chopped pecans, if desired

Directions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water

Add Blueberry Pie Filling

Add drained crushed pineapple

Stir

Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish

Chill, then add topping

TOPPING

Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream

Add sugar

Blend

Spread on top of chilled Jello

Sprinkle with chopped pecans

Refrigerate until ready to serve

WHEN READY TO SERVE

Cut into squares. Place square on salad plate with lettuce leaf OR line a large tray or plate with lettuce leaves, arranging salad squares on top. Lovely presentation
