Best Blueberry Pineapple Salad

This is a family favorite, made with grape jello. Like this one better than others that are made with cherry, or raspberry jello. Great with chicken, chicken salad, and pork.
Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) packages grape Jello shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 can blueberry pie filling shopping list
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 8 ounces chream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Chopped pecans, if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water
- Add Blueberry Pie Filling
- Add drained crushed pineapple
- Stir
- Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish
- Chill, then add topping
- TOPPING
- Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream
- Add sugar
- Blend
- Spread on top of chilled Jello
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- WHEN READY TO SERVE
- Cut into squares. Place square on salad plate with lettuce leaf OR line a large tray or plate with lettuce leaves, arranging salad squares on top. Lovely presentation
