Best Blueberry Pineapple Salad Recipe
This is a family favorite, made with grape jello. Like this one better than others that are made with cherry, or raspberry jello. Great with chicken, chicken salad, and pork.

Ingredients
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages grape Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces chream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Chopped pecans, if desired

Directions
  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water
  2. Add Blueberry Pie Filling
  3. Add drained crushed pineapple
  4. Stir
  5. Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish
  6. Chill, then add topping
  7. TOPPING
  8. Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream
  9. Add sugar
  10. Blend
  11. Spread on top of chilled Jello
  12. Sprinkle with chopped pecans
  13. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  14. WHEN READY TO SERVE
  15. Cut into squares. Place square on salad plate with lettuce leaf OR line a large tray or plate with lettuce leaves, arranging salad squares on top. Lovely presentation
