How to make it

  • In small saucepan, combine marshmallows and eggnog. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring occasionally. Cover; refrigerate until cold.
  • Stir before serving; spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Serve with fresh fruit.
  • Yield 1 1/4 cups
