Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup soft Shortening
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bannana's (2-3)

Directions
  1. 1.Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt in a bowl.
  2. 2.Beat Shortening, Sugar, Eggs, and Bannana's in bowl.
  3. 3.In a large bowl beat together, ulternating dry and wet mixes.
