West Coast Garlic Salmon

- 4 large salmon steaks shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon minced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, oil, lemon juice, tarragon, lemon peel and pepper flakes to make a marinade.
- Place salmon and broiler and brush with half the marinade.
- Broil under pre-heated broiler 2 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
- Turn and brush with remaining marinade then broil until fish flakes about 4 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

I made this for dinner last night. Very quick and easy, very tasty. Husband liked it, too. I left out the red pepper flakes because my 2 yr old was also eating. He liked it, too!
