Balsamic Portobello Mushrooms Recipe
These are very easy to make and tastes fantastic. Goes great with everything. Also good as an appetizer. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 shallot or red onion diced
  • 3 cups portobello mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Spirtz of olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Chives

Directions
  1. Spritz non stick saute pan with olive oil.
  2. Saute shallots or onions for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and saute for 1 more minute.
  4. Add mushrooms, vinegar, thyme and basil.
  5. Lower heat and cover pan.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. If the pan gets dry you can add a splash of water, broth or red wine.
  8. Finish with a dusting of chives
