Balsamic Portobello Mushrooms

- 1 shallot or red onion diced shopping list
- 3 cups portobello mushrooms shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- Spirtz of olive oil shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- basil shopping list
- chives shopping list
How to make it
- Spritz non stick saute pan with olive oil.
- Saute shallots or onions for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute for 1 more minute.
- Add mushrooms, vinegar, thyme and basil.
- Lower heat and cover pan.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- If the pan gets dry you can add a splash of water, broth or red wine.
- Finish with a dusting of chives
