How to make it

  • Heat oven to 325 Brown kiebasa in deep 12" oven proof skillet(non-stick) over med-high heat 4 mins;remove In same pan saute 11/2c onions and red pepper withmiced garlic 5 mins. Add 1/2c white wine,broth,salt and pepper. Stir in rice,bayleaves,chicken and kielbas;bring just to a boil. Transfer pan to oven. Bake,covered 50 mins. Stir in parsley and green beans,thawed;let stand 10 mins.
