Hash Brown Casserole

Who wants plain old hash browns? This is yummy potato dish that goes great with a country breakfast of eggs, muffins, and country ham!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns – thawed shopping list
- ½ cup margarine -- melted shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup -- condensed shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion -- chopped shopping list
- 2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups Cornflakes -- crushed shopping list
- ¼ cup margarine -- melted shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. PUT all in a 3 quart casserole. SAUTE cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. COVER and BAKE at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
