Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake

- 1 Cup Softened butter shopping list
- 3 Cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 3 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1Cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries shopping list
- Zest of one lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time
- add vanilla and lemmon extract
- Mix in flour one cup at time
- add soda
- Mix in sourcream until well mixed
- Add Lemon Zest
- Fold in blueberrys
- place in 2 gerased an flouerd pans
- optional-Top with strusel and lemmon zest
- Bake at 350 for 60-65 min until knife comes out clean
