Ingredients
  • 2 Medium Pork Chops or Chicken Breasts
  • Seasoning for meat : paprika, chilly powder, Italilan seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • 1-can cream of mushroom soup , good substitute cream of cellery.
  • 1/4 cup whit wine
  • 1/2 cup grated cheeder cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tblp olive oil
  • Hand full of Parsley for Garnis

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 375F
  2. Season pork
  3. Heat non stick skilet to medium high
  4. Add oil to pan then the Pork.
  5. Cook Pork to medium browning both side of meat, then set aside.
  6. In baking dish add the soup and whine, mix together then add pork cover and place in oven.
  7. Bake for 25-30min. then remove the cover add the cheese and bake for 5-10 min. more.
  8. Place one Pork Chop on dish with Rice or Veggies. Pour some remaining soup/sauce over Pork and garnish with chopped parsley.

This sounds really good!! Took out a bunch of chops i think I'll try this with 2 of 'em to see how it goes over then double it when he tells me how yummy it is!!!LOL
