How to make it

  • Get a large Soup Pot Fill with water ( purified)
  • Bring water to boil and put in the beef short ribs
  • Take the fresh ears of corn and scrape off the kernels Put aside
  • Skim off the debris that floats on top of Ribs let cook for a few minutes then begin adding veggies,
  • Put in corn AND FROZEN veggies
  • Add tomato paste. Stir till paste is desolved
  • Cook the soup on the s tove for about 3 hours then when ribs have tenderized till meat falls off nes at touch
  • Now for the strong hearted . About 25 minutes before serving add the sliced okra
  • Seaon to your taste
  • I serve with hot french bread and a nice glass of wine
  • Watch the size of the pot as this soup growws LOL
