Easy Sneaky Cupcakes

- 2 boxes of chocolate cake mix (Devils food and German chocolate cake mix were used in the original recipe by Dori.) shopping list
- 2 sticks of salted butter, softened shopping list
- 15 ounce can of pure pumpkin puree shopping list
- 6 small eggs or 5 jumbo eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the eggs with the pumpkin until smooth.
- Add butter and beat until incorporated
- Add 2 boxes of the cake mix and blend well.
- Fill muffin tins with paper baking cups.
- Using a large spoon or a small ice cream scoop, spoon batter into cupcake baking cups to 1/2 full. Batter will be very thick!
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until top of cupcake bounces back after touched.
- Optional: Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or frost with a plain vanilla frosting.

ah hah! sneaky, sneaky! hihiihih, i saved this, i think i will use this recipe for cupcakes for the kids at my son's preschool, i have been making a lot lately, ty for posting this.
