Ceviche

- 1/2 kg fish (lenguado, dorado, robalo) shopping list
- 1/2 kg lemmon shopping list
- 4 tomatoes shopping list
- onion to taste shopping list
- 2 small cucumber shopping list
- 2 tablespoon cilantro shopping list
- 1 glass (250 ml) V8 vegetable juice shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Clean and dry the fish
- cut the fish in small dices
- slice or chop (up to you) the onion (red or white)
- squezze the lemmons. Put all this in a bowl, for 1 hour, in the refrigetator.
- Then, take off the "extra lemmon juice", leave only the fish and the onion.
- Then cut in dices the cucumber and the tomatoe, and chop the cilantro. Add this to the fish. Add salt to taste, and finally, add the "v8".
- Mix all, and enjoy with tostadas and a beer!!!
