How to make it

  • Clean and dry the fish
  • cut the fish in small dices
  • slice or chop (up to you) the onion (red or white)
  • squezze the lemmons. Put all this in a bowl, for 1 hour, in the refrigetator.
  • Then, take off the "extra lemmon juice", leave only the fish and the onion.
  • Then cut in dices the cucumber and the tomatoe, and chop the cilantro. Add this to the fish. Add salt to taste, and finally, add the "v8".
  • Mix all, and enjoy with tostadas and a beer!!!
