I learned to make this from a very good friend from Thailand. The original recipe calls for ground beef but the sausage makes it more flavorful

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Jimmy Dean Sausage-HOT
- 1 bunch cilantro-chopped
- 1 onion sliced to make half moons
- 1 bunch green onion
- 2 fresh limes juiced
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 jalapenos-sliced
Directions
- Brown sausage and make very crumbly. Cook it until it is somewhat crispy. Drain Fat.
- Put in a bowl and combine remaining ingredients.
- Mix using your hands squishing flavors into each other.
- Serve with Jasmine rice.
