Thai Larb Recipe

Thai Larb Recipe
I learned to make this from a very good friend from Thailand. The original recipe calls for ground beef but the sausage makes it more flavorful

I have never heard of such a recipe, but I will try seems like a tangy, savory version of dirty rice
