Mexican Meatloaf Recipe Bamamom / All my dishes

This is so simple and different from your regular meatloaf. Hope your family enjoys it as much as mine.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 cup coarsley chopped frito corn chips
  • 1/3 cup taco sauce
  • 3 T. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 egg lightly beaten'
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Form into loaf.
  3. Place in crock pot, cover.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
