Artichoke Heart Bread

My family loves this bread anytime !!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of butter or margarine shopping list
- 3-4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 16oz jar of artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1 cup of shredded spicy jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup of sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread large shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- melt butter in pan over med heat
- add minced garlic cloves
- cook 10 min or until light brown
- stir in cheeses (except cheddar) sour cream
- and artichoke
- remove from heat
- cut bread in half lengthwise
- scoop out center of bread halves
- add about half of bread from center
- mix well
- scoop mixture into bread halves
- sprinkle with cheddar cheese
- cover with foil and bake 25 min
- uncover and bake 5-10 more min until cheese is bubbly and done how you like it...I like mine brown.
- let cool a little then slice
