Ingredients
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 2 pkg. (4 serving) Jello coconut cream flavor
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 envelopes whipped topping mix
  • 8 maraschino cherries

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk the milk, topping mix and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in pineapple.
  3. Spoon into dessert dishes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  5. To serve.....top with coconut and a cherry
