This quiche is a favorite of my husband's family and one the boys insist on every holiday.

Ingredients
  • Frozen pastry crust
  • 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dash of pepper

Directions
  1. Thaw pastry crust.
  2. Preheat oven to 375
  3. Beat together eggs, cream, and spices in bowl.
  4. Add broccoli and cheese.
  5. Place in preheated over at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
