How to make it

  • soak black glutinous rice with water for atleast 1 hour,
  • with medium heat bring it to the boil, stirr occasionally
  • add pandan leaf, when it boils and the water reduces add more water,
  • after 30 mins try the glutious rice if it's still hard add more water and cook for another 15 mins
  • if its already soft, add sugar and coconut milk
  • stirr, taste, serve hot
