I rarely make this "soup" cause ppl around me makes this all the time, especially in winter

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of dried chinese longan flesh
  • 1 cup of dried chinese red dates
  • 1/2 cup of chinese rock sugar
  • 8 cups of water

Directions
  1. combine longan and red dates and water, in a medium heat bring it to a boil
  2. add rock sugar
  3. cook for at least 30 mins, serve hot or chilled
