Portobello Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups mild chunky salsa
  • 1 cup shoped portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbp maple syrup

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. trim fat from chops.
  3. Spoon salsa into 3 quart rectangular baking dish.
  4. Arrange chops on top of salsa.
  5. Combine mushrooms, cheese and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  6. Spoon over chops
  7. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes.
  8. Serve the chops with the salsa mixture.
