Portobello Pork Chops

- 4 pork chops shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mild chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 cup shoped portobello mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheese shopping list
- 2 tbp maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- trim fat from chops.
- Spoon salsa into 3 quart rectangular baking dish.
- Arrange chops on top of salsa.
- Combine mushrooms, cheese and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Spoon over chops
- Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes.
- Serve the chops with the salsa mixture.
