Does anyone know what kind of Silken Tofu? I went to the grocery store to get Silken and found that it's a Brand. Then I got confused! hahaha.
Any help would be great because this sounds delicious!

Tofu is great this way. I make it without the crust and serve in a wine glass with a few shavings of dark chocolate on top, sometimes some chopped walnuts.
    Great recipe

I have a similar recipe, are you sure you need 2 pie crusts? Isn't using tofu so easy when it comes to puddings and pies? I really love it. I will post mine if you like, I was going to wait until I could take a picture but let me know. I think you will enjoy it.
