Pumpkin muffins

- 1 cup fresh pumpkin shopping list
- 31/2 c flour shopping list
- 1 c white sugar shopping list
- 2 farm fresh eggs shopping list
- 11/4 c milk shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Perheat oven to 400 degrees
- Put muffin cups in tin if your not using stone ware muffin pan
- Cream butter and sugar fluffy
- Beat in pumpkin and eggs
- sift in flour and spices together
- pour milk in to
- Mix till a nice smooth batter then spoon in to muffin pan
- Bake for 20-25 mintues till toothpick comes out clean when poked
