How to make it

  • Perheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Put muffin cups in tin if your not using stone ware muffin pan
  • Cream butter and sugar fluffy
  • Beat in pumpkin and eggs
  • sift in flour and spices together
  • pour milk in to
  • Mix till a nice smooth batter then spoon in to muffin pan
  • Bake for 20-25 mintues till toothpick comes out clean when poked
