Tortellini Soup

- 1 pound italian sausage with casing removed crumbled shopping list
- 3 large zucchini sliced shopping list
- 1 green pepper diced shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano crushed shopping list
- 2 cans chicken broth shopping list
- 28 ounce can Italian plum tomatoes shopping list
- 6 ounce can tomato paste shopping list
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh tortellini shopping list
- Freshly grated parmesan shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan over medium high heat cook sausage, zucchini, pepper, onion, garlic and oregano until sausage is cooked.
- Stir to separate meat.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat then cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- If necessary add a little water to cooking liquid.
- Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
