Lime And Cinnamon Chicken Fajitas Recipe
Quick and easy to make. These fajitas are baked not fried, deliciously spicy, and extremely addictive. Your family won't get enough of these!

Ingredients
  • 12 (6 inch) warm corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
  • pepper and salt to your taste
  • ΒΌ cup of canola oil
  • 1 peeled and minced garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1 diced yellow onion
  • 2 large peeled and cubed potatoes

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C
  2. Begin by placing the potatoes in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Then pour half of the oil on them, and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place them in the oven for about 35 minutes or until tender.
  5. Meanwhile, begin seasoning chicken breasts with cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  6. Then put them in a separate baking dish.
  7. Bake the chicken for approximately 30 minutes or until the juices have absorbed. Let the chicken cool and then shred.
  8. Next heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent.
  9. Then stir in shredded chicken, jalapeno, and lime juice.
  10. Cook until hot; then serve with potatoes and tortillas.
