  • INGREDIENTS:
  • - 3 cups sliced apples
  • - 1 16 ounces can juice-packed peaches, undrained
  • - 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • - 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • - 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • - 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • - 2 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine

Directions
  1. DIRECTIONS:
  2. Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly coat a 9x9-inch baking pan with
  3. nonstick cooking spray. Put apples and peaches in pan. In a
  4. separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir half of
  5. mixture into fruit. Sprinkle remainder of the dry mixture over
  6. top of the fruit and bake for 30 minutes.

  8. Fat: 3 g, Cholesterol: 0 mg, Sodium: 33 mg, Carbohydrate: 29 g,

Perfect - this is one recipe that I have to try. After the holidays, we'll all be screaming for "healthier" recipes...this one is just right!
