How to make it

  • Cut tenderloin into 8 pieces.
  • Flatten each piece to 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  • Dredge pork slices to coat.
  • Heat large non-stick skillet coated with spray over medium heat.
  • Add pork, onion and garlic.
  • Saute 8 to 10 minutes, turning once and stirring vegetables occasionally.
