How to make it
- Cut tenderloin into 8 pieces.
- Flatten each piece to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Dredge pork slices to coat.
- Heat large non-stick skillet coated with spray over medium heat.
- Add pork, onion and garlic.
- Saute 8 to 10 minutes, turning once and stirring vegetables occasionally.
