Parmesan Pork Tenderloin Recipe
This dish is so tender and goes well with garden salad and a warm homemade roll.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp. Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • Cooking Oil spray
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

Directions
  1. Cut tenderloin into 8 pieces.
  2. Flatten each piece to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge pork slices to coat.
  5. Heat large non-stick skillet coated with spray over medium heat.
  6. Add pork, onion and garlic.
  7. Saute 8 to 10 minutes, turning once and stirring vegetables occasionally.
