How to make it

  • Marinate chicken
  • Pan fry chicken slowley
  • Chop bell pepper, tomatos, coriander, onion, parsley and garlic and fry in wok
  • Make couscous in a pot (4 people worth)
  • Transfer coscos to wok and fry together with bell pepper, tomatos, coriander, onion, parsley and garlic for a couple of minutes.
  • Mix a small teaspoon of honey with natural yoghurt and chopp chives and mix in, squeeze in one lime.
  • Heat tortilla wraps
  • Slice limes.
  • Serve tortilla wrap with couscous, chicken, sauce and sqeeze a slice on lime before rolling up wrap.
  • Enjoy!
