Easy very tasty turkish chicken and couscous wraps.

Ingredients
  • Chiken tenderloins marinated in honey and soy
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tomatos
  • 1 bunch Italian Parsley
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • salt
  • Coucous
  • Tortilla wraps
  • 3 limes
  • Natural Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Chives

Directions
  1. Marinate chicken
  2. Pan fry chicken slowley
  3. Chop bell pepper, tomatos, coriander, onion, parsley and garlic and fry in wok
  4. Make couscous in a pot (4 people worth)
  5. Transfer coscos to wok and fry together with bell pepper, tomatos, coriander, onion, parsley and garlic for a couple of minutes.
  6. Mix a small teaspoon of honey with natural yoghurt and chopp chives and mix in, squeeze in one lime.
  7. Heat tortilla wraps
  8. Slice limes.
  9. Serve tortilla wrap with couscous, chicken, sauce and sqeeze a slice on lime before rolling up wrap.
  10. Enjoy!
