Ingredients
  • Chicken parts
  • corriander pwd 2 tsp
  • chilli pwd 1 tsp
  • meat pwd 1/2 tsp
  • ginger - garlic paste
  • salt
  • red colour
  • some olive oil

Directions
  1. Mix everything except oil and refrigerate 24 hours
  2. arrange on an aluminium foil . brush some oil on top .
  3. Pre heat oven 240 deg
  4. bake on top level for 25 mins and then 3rd level for the next 15 mins .
  5. serve HOT
