How to make it

  • Cook dhal , vege and the mutton withs alt seperately .
  • fry the onion with cinnamon , cardamom , gin - gar paste , chilli pwd , meat pwd .
  • Add the tomatoes , screw pine leaves , mint leaves .
  • Add the dhal and mash with a ladle
  • Add the mutton
  • and the milk . when boil add the vege
  • boil 3 mins and serve

    Hi there Cholena. I love this stuff, have it at least once a week with thosai on Sunday mornings. Would love it if I could make my own thosai at home. Sometimes the thosai guy doesn't wanna work on Sunday then I'm left high and dry lol Would ya happen to have the recipe for it? *grin*
