Ingredients

6 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup cake flour

3 cups whipped cream

sliced strawberries

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a 12 X 17 inch pan with foil, grease foil. Beat 6 eggs with 1 cup sugar for 10 mintues. Sift 1 cup cake flour and beat in. Spread onto foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes; cool and remove foil. Spread 3 cups whipped cream over cake; top with sliced strawberries. Roll up lengthwise.
