Fruit Smoothie

- 1 cup fruit (i.e. a small, unpeeled orange and peeled banana) shopping list
- 3/4 cup non-fat milk shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. honey, more to taste if needed shopping list
How to make it
- Blend these ingredients together until frothy. Taste to see if you need more honey. some fruits, which are less sweet, may need this enhancement more than others.

Oh my wow! I have been looking 4 ages to find a smoothie recipe that doesn't include ice, yoghurt or ice-cream! THANX SO MUCH! (or should I say "munch"!)
