Ingredients
  • 1 cup fruit (i.e. a small, unpeeled orange and peeled banana)
  • 3/4 cup non-fat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, more to taste if needed

Directions
  1. Blend these ingredients together until frothy. Taste to see if you need more honey. some fruits, which are less sweet, may need this enhancement more than others.

Oh my wow! I have been looking 4 ages to find a smoothie recipe that doesn't include ice, yoghurt or ice-cream! THANX SO MUCH! (or should I say "munch"!)
