I just had this right now, it's sunday afternoon and I'm too lazy to go out, I have a bowl of rice, mushrooms, anchovies and eggs, so today I have fried rice with mushrooms and anchovies

Ingredients
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 1 bowl of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spring onion, finely slicced
  • 1 tbs of chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tbs of oyster sauce

Directions
  1. Heat oil, add chilli paste, stir fry until fragant
  2. add egg, scramble until done
  3. add mushrooms, stir fry until soft
  4. add rice, soy sauce spring onion, soy sauce
  5. keep stirring until all rice is coated by soy sauce and oyster sauce
