  • 1/2 c BUTTER
  • 1/4 c COCOA
  • 1/3 c BUTTERMILK
  • 4 c POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1/2 c MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS

Directions
  1. COMBINE BUTTER, COCOA AND BUTTERMILK IN A SMALL PAN
  2. AND BRING TO A BOIL. POUR OVER POWDERED SUGAR AND
  3. MARSHMALLOWS. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. SREAD ON CAKE.
