Honey Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Extremely easy prep and great flavor
Ingredients
- 2 –3 lb pork tenderloin shopping list
- ¼ C honey shopping list
- 2 T Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 T mixed peppercorns, crushed shopping list
- ½ t thyme shopping list
- ½ t salt shopping list
How to make it
- Line roasting pan with foil to ease cleanup
- Place roast on lightly greased rack in pan
- Combine honey and remaining ingredients; brush 1/2 on roast
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour; brush with remaining mixture
- Bake additional 30 minutes or until
- Roast reaches internal temperature of 160 F
