This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Rhodes Estate in Lewisville, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1-1/2 cups taco sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup tortilla chips crushed fine
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup shredded taco cheese

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and pack firmly into loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.
  3. Let stand about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
