Peppermint Bark Recipe
A yummy holiday peppermint candy that is easy to make. A great way to use up all the Christmas candy canes.

Ingredients
  • 6 squares(10 ounces) white almond bark
  • 4 or 5 crushed candy canes
  • Food coloring

Directions
  1. Heat almond bark in microwave or double boiler until just melted. Add 10 drops of food coloring and mix well.
  2. Stir in crushed candy canes and spread 1/8 inch thick on wax paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Freeze or refrigerate about 15 minutes, until hardened, and then break up into pieces.
