HUGS ampCHIPS CHEESECAKE

Cheesecake with rich chocolate!
Ingredients
- 2 packages of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- (Not Evaporated) shopping list
- 1 egg 1 tsp Vamilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 tsp flour shopping list
- 1 ready made chocolate pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees with mixer beat:
- cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in eagle brand until smooth. Add egg and Vanilli, mix well.
- toss chips with flour stir into cheese mixture, puor into crust.
- Bake at 35 min. or until center springs back with lightly touched.
- cool top with glaze sauce, serve chilled. refrigerate leftovers.
- GLAZE:
- Melt 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whip cream. cook and stir until thick, spread over pie....To add a minty taste use, Mint chocolate chips, or ANDES MINTS. =-0).....EAT UP!
