  • remove from pan and stir flour into fat, the add hot water or soup stock.
  • Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Add the next 4 ingrediants to cooked sauce.
  • Place the chicken in the sauce and cover pan and simmer ntil chicken is tender
