- 1- frying or broiling chicken shopping list
- salt and peppper shopping list
- 1/2 cup fat, melted shopping list
- 2 tablespons flour shopping list
- 1 cup hot water or soup stock shopping list
- 1 1/2 tespoon dry mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons tomato catsup shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- cut chicken into serving sizes
- season with salt and pepper and brown in melted fat.
- remove from pan and stir flour into fat, the add hot water or soup stock.
- Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
- Add the next 4 ingrediants to cooked sauce.
- Place the chicken in the sauce and cover pan and simmer ntil chicken is tender
