- I make this recipe often and having raw egg doesn't seem to cause problems as long as you keep them in the fridge until serving...they are good. shopping list
- 1 egg separated shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon rum flavouring shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 (1 ounce square) unsweetend chocolate,grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Blend together egg yolk, confectioners' sugar and rum flavouring. Fold in whipped cream
- Beat egg white with salt in a bowl until stiff peaks form, using electric mixer at high speed. Fold in cream mixture. Fold in chocolate.Reserve 2 Tablespoons of pecans. fold in remaining pecans
- Spoon mixture into 2½ inch paper lined muffin tin cups.
- sprinkle with reserved pecans.Feeze until firm.
- Serve in paper cups.
