Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blend together egg yolk, confectioners' sugar and rum flavouring. Fold in whipped cream
  • Beat egg white with salt in a bowl until stiff peaks form, using electric mixer at high speed. Fold in cream mixture. Fold in chocolate.Reserve 2 Tablespoons of pecans. fold in remaining pecans
  • Spoon mixture into 2½ inch paper lined muffin tin cups.
  • sprinkle with reserved pecans.Feeze until firm.
  • Serve in paper cups.
