This is a recipe passed down to me from my great-grandmother very simple and very good. We make this at the holidays. this is a very light and fluffy texture.

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes of lemon jell-o
  • 1 8oz tub of cool-whip
  • 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple

Directions
  1. Prepare lemon jell-o as directed on package
  2. Put into large bowl and refrigerate when jell-o is almost set fold in crushed pineapple and cool whip.
  3. Put back in refrigerate and allow to finish setting.
