Mexican Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

2 limes

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 head cabbage ( I like purple or use half regular half purple )

4 - 6 ounces radishes

1 ounce fresh cilantro

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Squeeze 3 tablespoons juice from limes ino a large glass bowl. Add vegetable oil and whisk.

Rinse cabbage, radishes, and cilantro.

Finely shred enough cabbage to make three quarts.

Thinly slice radishes to make about 1 cup.

Chop enough cilantro to make about 1/2 cup.

Add cabbage, radishes, and cilantro to dressing.

Mix gently.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
