Ingredients
  • 2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/3c milk
  • 1 16oz can of pumpkin- not pumkin pie mix
  • 1 1/2t. pumpkin pie spice
  • 4c cool whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1/2c chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Mix pudding and milk until just blended
  2. Blend in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and 2c cool whip
  3. Pour into crust
  4. Chill until set- about 4 hours
  5. Garnish with remaining cool whip and pecans.
