Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil pasta in a pot to your desired tenderness... I like mine soft
  • In another pot, add vegetable oil until heated well
  • When oil is hot, add carrots, onions, garlic, cloves and pudina. Stir occasionally for a minute or so.
  • Add tuna, red beans, salt and basil. Mix in and lt cook for another minute or so.
  • Sprinkle the sesame oil.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the ingredients and mix everything together.
  • Help yourself to you quick and easy meal - which smells incredible! Sprinkle some parsley for garnish and enjoy!

    What a serendipitously succulent supper! Have exactly the same ingredients in the fridge.... wife wants to finish the leftovers..... and voila.

    I like the sound of this and the fact that it is not over populated with beans.
    The photo looks really good too.
    I might break down and purchase some fresh tuna and perhaps grill it before adding it to the rest of the ingredients.
