How to make it

  • Mix package of gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  • While mixture is cooling slightly put ricotta and lime zest in blender.
  • Add dissolved gelatin and blend 2 minutes and pour into serving dishes.
  • Refrigerate until set.
