How to make it

  • line a cookie sheet with baking parchment
  • break the white chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler
  • break the crackers into small pieces.
  • stir the crackers together with the chopped nuts and ginger, if using into the melted chocolate
  • place heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto prepared cookie sheet
  • chill in fridge until set.
  • carefully remove clusters from parchment
  • melt dark chocolate and let cool slightly
  • dip clusters in melted chocolate allowing excess to drip back into bowl.
  • place clusters on parchment
  • chill in fridge until set.
  • enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
