nutty chocolate clusters

nuts and crisp crackers encased in chocolate make these candies rich,chocolatey ,and quite irresistable! kids simply adore these enjoy!!!!!
Ingredients
- 6 ozs white chocolate shopping list
- 3 1/2 ozs graham crackers shopping list
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts / brazil nuts shopping list
- 1 oz preserved ginger,chopped (optional) shopping list
- 6 ozs dark chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- line a cookie sheet with baking parchment
- break the white chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler
- break the crackers into small pieces.
- stir the crackers together with the chopped nuts and ginger, if using into the melted chocolate
- place heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto prepared cookie sheet
- chill in fridge until set.
- carefully remove clusters from parchment
- melt dark chocolate and let cool slightly
- dip clusters in melted chocolate allowing excess to drip back into bowl.
- place clusters on parchment
- chill in fridge until set.
- enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
