If you want more fish in your diet. This is a good way to get it.
Haddock or cod would make good substitutes for the grouper. Adjust the baking time depending on the thickness of the fish.

I made this dish for supper last night and it turned out good. Used shake and bake pork crumbs for the topping because I didn't have bread crumbs. Would have preferd the bread crumbs. Made rice for the side dish and a salad. Will defenitly make it again.
