Pasta And Peas Au Gratin Recipe
A nice twist on a pasta side dish. I think I got this from Better Homes & Gardens

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated cheese totellini or ravioli
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbls. flour
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes w/ garlic
  • grated parmesan cheese to your taste
  • salt and pepper to your taste

Directions
  1. Cook pasta acoording to pkg directions.
  2. Add peas to pasta the last minute or so of cooking
  3. Drain and return to saucepan
  4. In another saucepan, add flour and salt and pepper.
  5. Gradually add half and half.
  6. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
  7. Stir for a minute.
  8. Add tomatoes.
  9. Pour over pasta and toss to coat.
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
