Pasta and Peas Au Gratin

- 1 pkg. refrigerated cheese totellini or ravioli shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 2 tbls. flour shopping list
- 1 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes w/ garlic shopping list
- grated parmesan cheese to your taste shopping list
- salt and pepper to your taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta acoording to pkg directions.
- Add peas to pasta the last minute or so of cooking
- Drain and return to saucepan
- In another saucepan, add flour and salt and pepper.
- Gradually add half and half.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
- Stir for a minute.
- Add tomatoes.
- Pour over pasta and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
